One Minute Breathing

Do this exercise anytime you like and at anywhere of your choice.

  1. Focus on your breathing for just a minute

  2. Breath in slowly and out slowly

  3. Hold your breath for a count of 6 as you inhale

  4. Focus on the rise and fall of your breath

  5. Let your thought go as it comes

  6. Watch your breath as it enters your body and fills you with life.

  7. Continue to watch as the breath leaves effortlessly from your body as the energy dissipate into the universe
