  • Think of something that happens every day e. g.

  • Opening the 🚪

  • When you touch the door knob, be mindful of where you are, what and how you feel about what you are doing at the moment

  • Anytime your thought is negative, take a mindful moment to release the negative thought

  • Everytime you smell food, take a mindful moment to rest in appreciation of having food to eat

  • Choose a touch point that resonate with you today, stop 🛑 and stay with it for a while
